Returns Policy 

We are so confident that the Full Swing KIT is going to exceed your expectations that we are giving you 30 days to try it for yourself, risk-free.
KIT Studio components are not included in this guarantee offer.

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in the same condition you received it

  • unused

  • in its original packaging with all accessories included

  • accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if:

  • the item is defective

  • the item is damaged

  • you received the wrong item

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution in line with your consumer rights.


Warranty & Consumer Rights

KIT Limited Warranty

Full Swing warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials, design, or workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery, or for the minimum period required by applicable local law, whichever is longer (the “KIT Limited Warranty”).

This warranty applies to products purchased directly from Full Swing or an authorised Full Swing retailer and used under normal conditions in accordance with Full Swing’s instructions.

The KIT Limited Warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • misuse or abuse

  • unauthorised modifications

  • improper installation

  • failure to follow operating or maintenance instructions

  • normal wear and tear

If you believe your product is defective and covered under the KIT Limited Warranty, please contact hello@fullswingemea.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. If approved, Full Swing will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product or provide another appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

United Kingdom – Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, your purchase is protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Under UK law, goods must be:

  • of satisfactory quality

  • fit for purpose

  • as described

If your product is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on how long you have owned the item and the nature of the fault. These statutory rights are not limited, replaced, or affected by the KIT Limited Warranty or the 30-day returns policy.

European Union – Consumer Rights (Where Applicable)

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to statutory consumer protections under EU law, including a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that are defective or not as described. Where applicable, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in accordance with local consumer protection laws. These rights exist independently of, and in addition to, the KIT Limited Warranty.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • custom or personalised products

  • personal care goods

  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about a specific item. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable, except where required by law.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return your original item. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be:

  • unused

  • in their original packaging

  • accompanied by proof of purchase

This right exists independently of our 30-day returns policy.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • refunds are processed within 10 business days

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact hello@fullswingemea.com
