Managing Director, FULL SWING EMEADaryl Evans is a seasoned sports marketing consultant and the founder of Rocket Yard Sports, a consultancy known for building winning strategies that help brands make meaningful connections with sports fans. With a career forged at TaylorMade and adidas, Daryl brings a unique perspective from both sides of the sponsorship table, combining creative thinking with data-driven planning. He’s worked with elite athletes, brokered major talent deals, and built campaigns that blend personality, precision, and results. Rocket Yard is his vehicle for helping brands navigate the fast-moving sports world, offering everything from strategy creation to full activation and delivery. In parallel, Daryl leads FULL SWING EMEA as Managing Director, where he’s spearheading the brand’s international expansion into Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Responsible for sales, partnerships, and marketing, he’s also overseeing high-value simulator installations and developing distribution strategies that put FULL SWING's head-to-head with established rivals. Blending boardroom strategy with frontline execution, Daryl’s ability to scale premium sports tech and craft brand stories that resonate makes him a rare operator, equally comfortable behind the scenes or driving the game forward.
Peter Powell
Operations Director, FULL SWING EMEAPeter Powell is one of the most respected craftsmen in golf, with over three decades of experience building and fitting clubs for some of the greatest players of all time. As a Tour Technician for TaylorMade and later Nike Golf, Peter worked directly with icons like Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy, Ernie Els, and Nick Faldo, heading up Nike’s European Tour operations and managing their cutting-edge Tour truck. His attention to detail and technical know-how also supported Ryder Cup legends such as Tommy Fleetwood and Henrik Stenson. In 2017, Peter launched Ministry Golf, offering Tour-level custom fitting for amateurs and professionals alike from bases in Brentford and Bishopswood. Peter now serves as Operations Director for FULL SWING EMEA, where he oversees all aspects of simulator installations, distribution, and logistics across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. His reputation for precision and project execution makes him the ideal lead as FULL SWING expands internationally. Whether it’s building a club for a major champion or coordinating a multi-site rollout of golf simulators, Peter’s ability to deliver world-class results is second to none.
